Super Saturday is Saturday, January 28, 2012. This is a free admission day for the families of northeast Texas.
The Daddy-Daughter Dance will be held on Feb. 4th, 2012. This is a special time for dads and daughters to have a special evening together. In addition to the dance, crafts and Valentine activities will fill the Museum.
A Bridge Event is hosted by NETXCM in March. This event brings bridge players from throughout the area for an afternoon of cards, door prizes, and dessert.
A Princess Tea is being planned for spring, 2012.
A Mother-Son Event is offered each October. Following the Pirate Night in 2009, a Round-Up at the Museum Corral was offered in 2010. Mothers and sons had a Western Hoe Down, Cowboy Activities, and Cowboy Grub.
Healthy Kids from A to Z will begin on February 8th through April 4th.
Brunch with Santa will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Tickets are $7.00 per person and include a pancake breakfast, pictures with Santa, and Christmas crafts.
Not only are each of these events a fundraiser for the Children’s Museum, but they bring enriching experiences to the area.
